Just did on-line check in was very easy It did not have anything about our room requests. I went with a Travel agent this time and I did not see the request on the papers we received from diseney when we made our last payment not sure if I should call and see if the reqest was made. Not sure who I should call.
We did on line check in. It was great but we did not get the room requests so at check in I asked about them. The wonderful CM got me everything we had requested. Ask about your requests at check in----------you still get your info from a CM.
Thats good to know. I have been going back and forth about whether or not to do online check in. We are staying CSR. They only room request I asked for was that we could be close to the main pool and playground because I have 3 kids coming with DH and me. So if I do online checkin then I can still ask about that when we get there.
I just did online check in yesterday and it was so easy! Only problem for me was that there were (as mentioned) only 2 choices for requests - pack and play or refrigerator. It must be a generic form since CR rooms come with refrigerators (as least that is what I read on the hotel description).
So I faxed my room requests in - I didn't know that it should be faxed to the room assigner and I sent it to the hotel, attention Guest Services. Hope it is routed correctly ... Wonder if I should follow up with a phone call.

I can't help with your question, as we don't usually make room requests.
