We just got back tonight. I already miss our happy place, but what a fabulous time we had. I'll do a trip report soon but just a few things - we had a surprise upgrade to a water view room when we paid for standard at POFQ. We were in building 5 which is next to the pool and food court with a river view! Perfect location. Le Cellier definitely did not disappoint.
We preordered the photopass cd and it seems like it will be well worth it for us. We had over 60 pictures and now that I've been playing around on the site, I can see how were going to end up with hundreds. The pictures turned out great. We even ran into Cinderabby at Epcot when they were getting their photopass pics and we were in line. It's always nice when you get to meet the person you've been talking too. They looked like they were having a good time and I hope their trip continues to be a happy one.
The parks were very crowded but being good little passporters, we went in with a plan and managed to ride all the major ones at least 3 times if not more including 5 on TSMM. (DHS evening hours are great for TSMM. Once the fastpasses run out by 10:00, the standby line dropped to 40 minutes, then 30. It's a great time to get a couple of rides in. ) I dare say we're becoming fastpass pros. If you're going soon, be prepared for crowds. A lot of people were checking in while we were leaving. And it was very hot and humid every day. I've been down there the same time before but this was really unbearable in the middle of the day. Twice it rained so hard in the afternoon, most people waited out the 20 to 30 minute downpours. Just wanted all you upcoming travelers to be prepared
Hmmm, now I'm getting nervous -- hope the crowds leave by the end of the month ...
Weather sounds like a bummer (rain) but hot and humid I am used to (live in Hawaii)
