I just returned from the BC (not villas) and they did have H20 products. I believe if you are staying in the villas as a "regular" guest and not on DVC points your toiletries will be replenished daily. Hope you have a fantastic time!
Yes, if you booked thru WDW, and not renting points, you'll get Mousekeeping Daily, and refills on product. When we were at BC (not villa) we got H2O Aquatics Bath soap, Facial Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, & Shower/Bath Gel.
