Help: Nervous About Tickets From a Broker - Undercover Tourist??
Okay, can I get some feedback from those of you who have purchased tickets from Undercover Tourist?
I've always booked packages only through Disney, just felt safer that way, but I was considering looking into getting tickets from an authorized broker this trip.
We got a pin code for a room only discount and are saving around 27% on our room this trip. I was looking to see if we could save some additional money on the tickets, but I'm a little wary. We don't think we're going to do the dining plan this trip so we don't NEED a package this time.
Anyone that has used them and can alleviate some of my fears, I'd love to hear from you.
We used Undercover Tourist a few years ago using the link in the Mousesavers newsletter- it provides a bit more discount. We had no problem with the tickets- they were sent promptly and were fine for the parks. You can even have them added to your KTTW card when you check in so you don't have to carry extra tickets around.
I ONLY use Undercover Tourist. I have never had any problems with them. I usually buy the 6-day park hopper. Tickets are delivered promptly and I saved about $30 on the ticket, there were 3 of us, so we saved $90. Not too shabby.
They are wonderful. And legitimate.
Have no fear!

I've stayed at: The Grand Floridian, The Polynesian, The Contemporary, The Wilderness Lodge, The Beach Club and Port Orleans Riverside.
I've used them before, and just used them for our trip next week. Ordered our tickets to Universal, as well as WDW (6-day hoppers seem to be the biggest discount - we saved $116 total) without incident, two different orders. Tickets arrived promptly (less than a week).
I've used them a few times, too. They're a reputable, authorized ticket broker, and they're reliable and have more than just WDW tickets to offer (Universal, water parks, dinner shows, etc.)
So don't have any worries about UCT. Just be sure you understand the delivery options and the time-table; if you go for resort delivery, you have to give them the right time and date, and if you go for postal delivery, you have to have enough time for the tickets to arrive before you depart for your trip.
Don't forget to make photocopies or take digital pics of your tickets after you get them, so you can have them canceled and replaced in the event of loss, theft, or damage. Last time I ordered, UCT included a photocopy of my ticket in the delivery package for convenience.
used them the first time this year-received 8day MYWPH for two-saved $38-received the tickets[2] within a week. They have a 5%fee I believe to change the tickets.
I have used them twice before & their prices & service were excellent. I would def use them again! Happy Planning!

Definitely can recommend them! We always buy 10 day hoppers, with the no expiration, and then use them for 3 trips at least. The first time we also did the extra magic (water parks, DQ) and we're STILL using the water park part of those, even though we long ago used up the park admission! So we don't do that add on to new tickets for now - which means we have 2 tickets for each of us on the trip, 1 for TL or BB, and another for the parks.
Definitely use the extra discount code you get in their monthly newsletter! That will be coming out the 15th, I believe!

I use UCT all the time now. I never get my tickets from Disney, unless I am upgrading them. I have used Mapleleaf tickets too, but they charge for postage

I'm happy you asked this because I had a question about this as well. I have last month's newsletter and I am going to buy through them, but should I buy now, or wait till the 15th of this month and see if it's any more of a savings? My problem is I leave on the 30th, which is a Monday too. Also, did I read that I could have them sent to our resort? I know about what time I land at MCO, but what if there is a delay somewhere? Will that matter?
