After trying to plan and then having to cancel our trip last year, I am happy to annouce we are heading back to WDW in Dec. to celebrate our 5th anniversary. It will be an adults only trip. I am feeling a little mommy guilt, but we are planning on going camping at Fort Wilderness once the littlest one turns 3. We are trying to do this on the cheap, so I am not getting to do as much as I wanted to do like DxDDP or staying at a Deluxe or Moderate. Can't really complain though!! Just happy to be able to actually go back!!
Congrats on your return and anniversary trip! I had an adult trip w/friends in January and I had mom's guilt too. Biggest advice is to not let it overshadow your time there because before you know it, the trip is done and you don't want to look back and regret spending so much time worrying about the little ones back at home. You will be back and with them so enjoy that time for yourself!
Congrats & have fun on your adult only trip! It's something I've wanted to do for a while now, but still haven't done yet. Enjoy celebrating your anniversary!!!
