When we booked our resort vacation, I did not have the flight information. I've since booked the flights. Can I update this information online or do I need to call Disney? We are planning on using Disney transporation from/to the airport.
Also, my parents are going with us, but on a different flight later in the day. They are arriving at 7:30pm and I'm a little worried about when they will get their bags. I know there's a delay on you getting to the resort and your bags making it to your room. Should I advise them to get their luggage before they get on the bus? I don't want them to have their bags arrive at midnight! That would not be an auspicious start for my Dad. I want him to enjoy his vacation.
As long as you have your WDW reservation number, you can do it online.
Their bags could arrive late, but probably no later than 11:00pm. Still, that's not great. If they have more than one checked bag, there's no need to bring both of them to the bus (less shlepping). Just have them pack all their needs for the overnight and first day in one of those bags, and let DME handle the rest.
