We live in NH and have been to Disney the last 2 years I told my husband this year off from Disney. A couple of weeks ago I bought airline tickets so now I am going to Orlando. I start pricing tickets and hotels at Universal and wow I think that is a lot. The hotels are better at WDW.
Now I have 2-2night reservations at Port Orleans. We are visiting family over the weekend, renting a car. I am off time for the free dining but am thinking of getting quick service dining plan on the first two days not for second and just do some TS buffets and buy things for sandwich while we have the car rental, we would buy a 4 day ticket with the first reservation.
I counted 40 days till we go

You sound like me, This will be our 3rd year in a row..I told my DH a year off for 2013 well he proceeded to look up a Disney Cruise for then and said well we won't be in Florida....LOL!!!!!!!! Have a Magical Trip!!!
Enjoy! I am thinking we will end up with a similar visit next year. We are planning to visit family out of town, so our vacation budget will take a hit with those plane tickets/rental car/etcetera. It does not seem so hard to say we will skip next year with our next trip three weeks away, but by March of this year we were having major Disney withdrawals and decided to book this trip.
