Smile Any November Discounts?

Well, I just found out that DH and Middle DS want to go to Ohio to hunt for a week this November. That got me thinking what will youngest DS and I do with oldest DS away at collage and them gone to Ohio for a week?

You guys know where my mind went...... .....We could go to Walt Disney World, of course!

So I went to the WDW website and without discounts a trip for two will be doable, but with a discount we would have more spending money. Does anyone who goes in November know if there are any discounts offered around the week of November 3rd??

The "biggie" discount that is currently available for November travel dates is free dining.

JUST FYI

Remember on the free dining if you stay in a moderate you get the upgraded DDP for free. If you stay in a value and get the QSDP for free you can upgrade it to the DDP for about $20 per person per day. SO it works out about the same money wise no matter which way you do it, so my advice would be to go moderate so your child can have a pool slide. =)

If you stay at a Mod do you get the Deluxe dining plan or do you get the basic one with 1 TS, 1 CS, 1 snack, and a mug?

We usually go in the fall staying at a value with the free quick service dining and upgrade to the basic plan which is just right for us. The deluxe plan is too much food.
