Trying to check in online and it won't let me :(
For some reason, my resort reservation is not listed on my reservations page on Disney's sit. When I go to "Retrieve Reservation" and type in my confirmation #, I get this message- "Required field: confirmation numbers are between 8 and 12 characters, using only numbers or letters. Do not include spaces."

I copied the confirmation # right from my confirmation email. It's 8 characters long. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Anybody know??

Never mind. I logged out of Disney's site then logged back in, and there it was without me retrieving it. Weird.

Could it be their systems are down or having a problem. WDW won't take reservations for dining and it can't pull up my room reservations either.

That's happened to me before too. I think it's a glitch that must happen sometimes, but when it happens to me, I always get a little nervous. Lol Glad you were able to get on.
