For those of you who live in New England, you may or may not have heard, Jet Blue is now flying out of Providence RI. I am pretty much just over an hour away to Providence, Boston or Hartford, but I like traveling out of PVD the best, so as you can imagine, I am super excited!! Well it is typical of me to just randomly look up airfare for trips I have no intention of taking. Wouldn't you know a ridiculously low round trip airfare for two happened to come up for PVD to MCO for a couple of weeks from now. I told DH about it and got the response I expected:
Honestly I did not think I would win him over, but of course I started telling him about all the reasons why we should go... no need to list them here, you all know!
So last night I'm chatting online with DD and she says "You should tell Dad to take you for Christmas since you two never get each other anything anyway.", and I said "Hey, Hon, even Alicia thinks we should go!" and he said "OK, let's go"
What?? He was serious! He said yes!! If I could find a room that was priced reasonably enough we could go! Since I'm DVC and I didn't think there would be any rooms left I started looking. As luck would have it, after quite a long time on the computer, I found one room available for the time we are going to be there!!
I gave my DD my blender when she moved to Baltimore with the intention of getting 'us' a new Vitamix Blender for Christmas. This special Christmas trip is going to cost us less than our new blender!! Unbelievable airfare under$300 for 2 people! Room on points, and we will eat frugally this time, no TS. Needless to say the blender will have to wait! DISNEY here we come!
I've got some quick planning to do! 10 day check in is only 4 days away!
We are staying at Saratoga Springs the 9th-13th. PLEASE come up and say hello if you see us! I'm usually in my own little world when I'm there... No set plans other than I have to see the Castle lit up at night and hoping to catch Candlelight Processional.
