Every time I have tried to do something online for our upcoming April trip, I get system unavailable. So I call and go through the automated system, which takes forever, then it says 'we're sorry, let me connect you to a person'...so I get on the line with a person and they say, we're sorry, I cannot access your reservation at this time due to Magical Upgrades!!!! I understand that they are trying to get the new system up and running etc. But I am so aggravated, especially when all I want to do is make a payment!
Ok, I love Disney and I do think most things about it truly are magical, but there'd have been some serious by me if I heard "magical updates" was the reason for my trouble.
I know it's Disney and all, but calling the upgrades "magical", well that's just wrong. I'm glad you were finally able to get through. I called the other day to make a payment and I was put on hold for over 20 minutes while they corrected my email for the seventh time.
Not so magical at the moment for everyone. It can be frustrating waiting on the phone only to be sent to another wait, then not be able to do it anyway. Hope it all clears up soon for your trips.
