You should be able to sign in with your user name too. Our trip is 5/25 - 6/8, but it should not matter if you have made reservations already you should be able to see them.

If you don't have the reservations tab you may have an older version of the APP, i had to update to get it.

All my reservations are on my iPad....??? I'm sorry I can't help you either.. I have not tried on the proper website.

Couple comments I can make....

Firstly, if your reservations don't automatically show up, you can manually add your reservations to the App. You just need your confirmation number, and then it looks to be a fairly straightforward process from there. I'm a bit reticent to do it myself, as it asks you to add the people staying in the room, one of those is my 10 year old daughter who, so she can use the App fully on her iPad is actually "22". I'd hate for Disney to "correct" her age on the reservation So I didn't bother with it for now.

Second, to answer why you might get two different versions of the webpage, one on a phone, the other on a tablet could have something to do with the way Disney interprets the web traffic to the website, coupled with the settings that each device remembers on subsequent visits.

Many websites will have two separate versions, the "full" version of the site, and the "mobile" version of the site. What could be happening is that the phone automatically routes you to the mobile version, while the iPad, because of the bigger screen, might be displaying the "full" site. You can usually tell the difference, or if you are on a mobile site as there should be a link somewhere that says something along the lines of, "click here to visit the full site".

I have the most recent application on my Droid Razr and have no 'reservation' option anywhere.

We are having the same issues - and I don't have the reservation option under the "More" tab either.

I wonder if its the Droid phones - I have the Droid Bionic. The version I have says its Version 1.1.1 - there is no update.

Version I'm running on my iPhone is 1.3.1. Wouldn't be surprised if older Android or iOS based devices just can't run some of the features available in some of the devices running newer operating systems.

I have the iPhone 4s....I can see my reservations now. I updated the app, so that might have done the trick.

So, I have a question....will FP+ just be added in when you're 60 days out or what happens exactly, does anyone know?

I don't know about older android versions, but My Disney Experience does not work on the latest - My Google Nexus with the latest Jelly Bean 4.2 is "not a supported device" .
