Quick My Disney Experience Mobile App question-thanks! [why don't my reservations show?]

I think I saw this posted somewhere, but there have been so many posts about the new tech stuff I can't find where I read it...

My question is....how come when I sign in to the mobile app, my reservations don't show? They come up when I'm on the regular website.
Is there something I need to do on the app to add them or am I misunderstanding and do they actually not get loaded into the mobile app? But I'm thinking they do, because you are supposed to be able to do the FP+ and ADR's from your phone, right?

Can someone help me? I can't figure out how to add our ressies into the mobile app. I don't know if it makes a difference, but they are both DVC ressies.

Oh! But again, they show up fine on the actual website...

Wish I could help but I'm really just as lost.

I don't understand how from my cell phone browser I have the new Disney website & from my iPad I have the old Disney website.

Hope someone has the answer for you!

I'm in the same boat...can see reservation on the new website but not on the app. Same problems too with iPhone versus iPad. I keep thinking that maybe it's because I'm just over six months away from my trip and the reason I can see the reservation on just the website is because there is more control...meaning I won't make a dining reservation through the app before my 180 day mark.

Same here. Online everything is there, but on my Android App, nothing shows. Hopefully this will be something that is fixed before our April trip!

My reservations all show up on the mobile app, make sure you are signed in under the same email address. The only ones I can not link are the ones my TA made but I can not link them on the main site either.

My travel agent made my reservations but I can see that on the new website...just not on the app. I'm trying to not worry about it...but it is pretty frustrating, especially when Disney wants you to be excited about using both the new site and apps.

I don't sign in with an e-mail, I have my same user name I've used for like ten years. I use that for any Disney site or DVC...

I thought I had read somewhere something about the sign in (maybe on that other mean Disney board LOL)......

but I checked there and didn't see it either.

Is there some department in Disney we can call for help with the app?

Kim-when is your trip again? Mine is not for 299 days, so maybe that is why you can see yours and I can't?

I can see the reservation for one of my rooms but not the other. The website shows both of them though!

On the app if you go under "more" there is a reservations tab.
