I know this has been asked before, but when should I expect my disney mail? Seems like in my last few trips its been about 30 days out. We are less then 2 weeks and know mail yet...
We are room only, but using ME, I know we are supposed to get the luggage sticker strips.. I tried to calm my nerves, so I called this morning. Well, there have been several probs with our reservation since I made it in may.. The last being they couldn't take my final payment, because something glitched in the new computer system. Ended up that a customer service supervisor had to completely cancel and re do my reservation.. New reservation number and everything.. Been paid in full since NOV, and last week I got a notice asking me to pay my deposit by feb 1st. Called and they said.. Nope, paid in full, disregard.. Great, today I asked about my luggage strips and got told we were never signed up for ME...so, looks like when they re did our reservation, they dropped our flight info... The cast member I spoke to today added it back on, and they also didn't have my email, phone or all my past visits.. She basically said to bad about those luggage strips.. Just go to baggage claim.. I think I might call again tomorrow and see if they can express mail them.. Seems like they should be able to since this was their mistake..
They came in today! I called disney to tell them, and the cast member said they still didn't have my email address or phone number.. I'm guessing the new system doesn't like me

Yikes! It sounds like the computer system is having problems!
I am happy for you that you were able to get your luggage tags. about all of the other glitches in your reservations!
