November in Disney World?

Can anyone tell me what the weather is like in Disney World in early November. Not sure what to pack and we are from the U.P. of Michigan so I know it'll be cold here.

November in Disney World?

Cool early in the morning and then usually warms up. As soon as the sun goes down it can cool off quite a bit. You should think 'layers' in terms of packing. You may want a sweartshirt and/or pants in the early morning or after the sun goes down.

Re: November in Disney World?

When I was there in early Nov 2002, it was in the 80's during the day and 60's at night. I found it to be MUCH better than the stiffling heat of Aug. I am actually going back again this Nov because of the weather.

Re: November in Disney World?

I went in mid-November in '97, and I recall that I was able to wear shorts for the first half of the trip and then had to wear jeans for the second half. I'm going in November this year, too, and I'm packing both shorts and jeans and bringing a lightweight jacket. I may also bring or buy a sweatshirt.

Re: November in Disney World?

We were there this past November and the weather was GREAT!! Shorts and short sleeved shirts fit the bill perfectly. I always tie a sweater or anorak around my waist just in case, and only needed it a few times in the early morning. Hope this helps.

Re: November in Disney World?

I have been a couple of times in early november and love it. This past November I was there early and weather was nice. Shorts all day, morning, afternoon and nite. It can get cool mornings and nites though, so I would definatly bring a sweatshirt and some long pants.

Re: November in Disney World?

When we went second week of November, we only needed jackets one night out of seven. It was 80 every day and 60 at night. We are from Maine, and to us 60 was WARM.

I remember one morning, we saw a ticket taker with mittens and a hat on, and it was 60! We had on t-shirts and shorts

Re: November in Disney World?

Hi Tammyr: The weather compared to your home will be great. The rainy season should be over and clear skies should be the norm. You may want to pack an extra pair of jeans and a light jacket just in case a freak cold front comes thru. We were ther the week after thanksgiving in 2000 and it got into the 40's at night and only 70's during the day (still beats the 20's we left at home!). Good luck and remember the magic. Jerry
