Dreams Unlimited Travel??

Hi,
Has anyone had experience with Dreams Unlimited Travel? I stumbled onto them online when I was getting a price quote and they were cheaper than booking directly from the WDW site so I booked. I see they are an authorized Disney Travel Agent. So far they have been great, and yesterday I gave all my dining requests to them as they make these arrangements. Just curious if anyone had any experience.
Thanks!

Re: Dreams Unlimited Travel??

They are associated with a (different) major Disney planning site and I've read mixed reviews there. I had used them earlier for a trip I was planning. After I booked it, my husband decided we should go to Disneyland. I had a hard time getting the WDW trip cancelled and had to email the owner of the agency, which got me quick action. I think it took almost a week to get the travel agent to even acknowledge my request to cancel. That was my only complaint. When I had wanted to add a day earlier, she was right on it.

Re: Dreams Unlimited Travel??

I've used Dreams Unlimited for my past 3 or 4 trips now, and they have been brilliant. They usually work out slightly cheaper than Disney and it's great having somebody else book all our PS's and tours etc. I would definitely recommend them and I have found their agents very helpful.
