I called the concierge at AKL today, and found out that what we thought were reservations for a Platinum Plan was somehow converted to a Magic Your Way with Dining.

We USE those extra things. We take tours, play on the boats and all that other stuff, and we EAT. We don't like counter service. I KNOW we asked for Plat.

Now I know why they wanted my credit card to make our Cirque reservations. It just ticks me that all these times I've talked to them, and the plans they know we've made, no-one ever said " Hey, you know the plan we have you on doesn't cover that?"

We had it all changed. I think it's the Plat. plan, but some of them keep calling it the "Premium plan" The only prob. is that WDW won't refund the cost of our Cirque tics, and I'll have to call the cirque office to do that. (Cirque's included on the Plat. plan - one of the reasons we get it).
I guess I'll be trying that tommorow inbetween classes.

I'm so sorry that Disney messed up like this. But surely, if you ask to speak to a manager and have this changed to the platinum plan, they can still do so for you. I hope they manage to rectify the situation for you. Please let us know how everything turns out.
