When does this take place? Could it be during the flower and garden festival? They do have Charecter topiaries made with flowers, so maybe this is what it is?

it's one of the weekends during that festival. It's May 19,20, and 21. It says more characters will be around Epcot. I'm just checking on it.

Of course they will have more characters those days its the weekend right after my Birthday!

I've checked out all the sites I can think of on this since I'll be there that weekend too. Everyone just says "more characters than ever". Maybe they haven't decided who they will be yet. Can't wait, we just love the Festival and the Flower Power Concerts!!!
