Disney\'s Magical Express I swear, I thought I posted it, but I cannot find the post, and the search engine is down. So, I'm going to ask it again! Do you tip on the DME? I have only taken this once, and I can't remember, but I want to make sure I have plenty of tip money for everyone. I'm leaving tomorrow. WOOHOO!

Re: Disney\'s Magical Express I remember the original post of a week or so ago. Most people seem to tip the driver if he has handled any of their bags ($1-2 per bag), but don't tip if he didn't handle bags. Someone posted a comment that made me re-think this, however. They said that they tip a taxi driver and they don't handle bags, usually... So... I'm not sure what I'll do in future. Eileen

Re: Disney\'s Magical Express The first time I used DME (Sept 2005), there was a sign on the front of the bus that indicated no tipping. The next time (Aug 2006), there was a sign that said the driver's name and that tips were appreciated or something like that. I am in the minority here at Passporter that seems to not tip the DME driver. Each time I only had one bag and he mearly put it under the bus and took it out. Not much shlepping in my book. And I'll just note here, that I didn't see anyone else on any of my buses tip either. Now, everyone should do what feels best to them in these cases. I didn't feel bad about not tipping and still don't. If you would feel bad not giving a tip, then by all means give him/her one.
