| Woo-Hoo! Change in plans and it\'s a good thing!!! The original plan was to drive to WDW after the Nashville Creating Keepsakes Convention (I'm a vendor) in May for a little WDW fix and visit 18yo on her CP. I had forgotten about the Pirate & Princess party, so started doing some homework. The last one is March 5th and it just so happens that I can fit in a WDW trip between the other shows that I'm doing in late Feb/March. So, here's the plan (buckle up!): 2/21: drive to NJ for show 1 2/26: drive to Philly and park & fly out on 2/27: fly to WDW (SWA, $59 each way, non-stop! ) 2/27-2 at SSR on points () weekend at Wilderness Lodge (using DD's CM discount! ) Back to SSR on points and do the P&P party on the 5th. 3/7: Fly back to Philly, pick up vehicle and drive to Harrisburg, PA for show 2. 3/12: drive to Williamsburg for a couple of days 3/15: to Newport News for show 3. 3/19: drive home from VA. We'll be gone nearly a month but at least it will be a productive one! I did the math and it was actually less to do it this way than my original trip, plus we get to stay longer! Now, I have to cancel the May ADRs, hope I can get the places we wanted to try for Feb/Mar, and REALLY hope that I can get a DVC room for the 27-2nd! Oh, yeah, and to tell DH that we won't be seeing him for a month...SEND PIXIES!!! |

| Re: Woo-Hoo! Change in plans and it\'s a good thing!!! At the Seaview Marriott? You'll be just minutes from Atlantic City. Have you purchased your tickets on SW yet? If not, check out Spirit Airlines out of Atlantic City. They go direct to MCO and sometimes they have great rates....and sometimes not so great but it's worth looking into and saving a ride all the way to Philly. |

[/ QUOTE ] Yep, I checked, but SWA was still better (and we earn trips with them). Since my next show is in Harrisburg, PA, I decided that parking at Philly would put me closer when we get back. I got a park'n'fly rate at an aiport hotel, so it looks like things are coming together! |

| Re: Woo-Hoo! Change in plans and it\'s a good thing!!! The Seaview is very nice but very old. The rooms are really pretty and the beds quiet comfy. If you get a chance, take a short ride north on Rt. 9 to the Historic Towne of Smithville. They have some cute shops there. There's not a whole lot more to do in the immediate area but like I said, you are pretty close to Atlantic City. Have a good trip! |
