| Yay!! Savannah View! Unbelievable! Having seen everyone discuss the merits of switching resort in mid-stay, we decided to call and find out about DC rates at deluxe resorts. First tried the Beach Club, too expensive. Nothing at WL, only Lagoon View at GF. Then Babette (the wdw Travel Rep) suggested Animal Kingdom Lodge. I almost laughed out loud thinking it was outrageous. Turns out a savannah view room is cheaper than a water view at BC!!!!! Plus, we were able to add it to our current package. While we are overlapping a day of Length of Stay passes, we have also doubled our flex features and Disney Dollars!! ($50 in DD with every Resort Magic Pkg!) My DH practically broke his neck nodding yes when I asked if he wanted that resort!   ------------------ We can touch tomorrow, today.  |

You have inspired me to try to get a room there in April or May (Oh I hope I hope I hope I hope I hope!!!) When are you going???? Oh, I am really happy for you! Just think you will be able to look out from your resort and feel like you are in Africa... now that is a real get-a-way! | Re: Yay!! Savannah View! Savarney- We started planing our trip this time last year to go in November we went November 7-10 the weather was absultly perfect I'm talking 70-75 degrees everyday ab=nd sunny NO RAIN!! I hope you have a great time!! We are already planning our next trip in 2003!! |
