| I had a solo day at MK while DH was in a conference. It was great! I really enjoyed being able to linger as long as I wanted anywhere & ride anything as many times as I wanted. I bought a Hidden Mickeys book to read while standing in lines, which generated a lot of conversation with other guests and with CMs. You'll have a great time. |

| I did WDW solo for years. Don't be afraid to talk to others when waiting in line for rides / food. If that's not you, bring a book. Use the single rider line whenever possible (eliminates waiting) . Once you get used to it, doing WDW solo is a lot of fun

| I did a solo trip last October for the first time and had a wonderful trip. I was there for a week and scheduled 3 tours. They were a great way to meet other people, although looking back I probably would have only done 1 or 2. I also was there at a time when there were several other Passporters at WDW so I scheduled a few meets. That was a good way to enjoy parts of WDW with other fans. I was on the DDP so I had several TS meals. I found the CMs went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Twice I ended up sitting next to another solo diner and both times we struck up a conversation and ended up sharing a table for desert. I personally think WDW is a great place for a solo trip and I plan to do it again!

| I've gone solo for a few days on each of my past two trips and it's fun! You get to ride what you want, in the order you want and stop and look at the shops you want. You can talk to other travelers, or not; it's totally up to you! This trip, I'm going with a friend and I'm looking forward to sharing the experience with her. Both ways of traveling are fun. and have a great trip!

| I have done several solo trips. As many others have said its a great way to just take your time to see or do what you like. Want to ride Splash Mountain 3x in a row or see the parades or shows to your hearts content? Solo can be just as much fun as sharing the experience with someone. Its jsut different. There are many friendly people in the parks. I usually chat with someone in line. Its not uncommon to run into someone doing solo time themselves. Maybe they are with a person who does not want to ride the Tower of Terror and you get to share that experience with them. That happened to me once on TOT I rode with a CM who was spending her evening off at Disney Studio. She was from South America & we happened to be in line at the same time for TOT. She asked me if I would ride RnR with her too as she had yet to experience it. SO we did , then went our seperate ways. I once met a british fellow on RnR we rode several times , then parted ways. If you are not comfortable with eating alone at Table Service then stick to Counter Service. But try at least one time / DIsney is really good with Tables for one. I like to plan my solo's sometimes where I focus on something I really enjoy.. like the street shows at Epcot or seeing the Voices of Liberty several times in one day . SO think about what you would like to do and then makes plans to do those things. Have Fun,

| I just got back from a 8 day solo trip Mar 1. Had a fantastic time. It was maybe a bit too long for a solo trip though. By the end of the trip I was wishing for company. I'm a pretty independent person too. But just the total freedom of being able to do what you want to do when you want to is great! Have a great trip!

| I think if I do get the nerve to go solo, I would do a 4 night - 5 day trip. This way I can spend one day at each park. And the park that I would do each day would be the park with the late magic hours and sleep in for a bit each morning.

| I think I'd have a great time if I ever did a solo trip. I'd definitely book a tour or two, and do things I might normally not get to do with my normal touring partners.
