| Easier to Add or Delete? It won't be long before I'm ready to make our ressies for this fall. One thing that hadn't occured to me before is whether or not oldest DD will be able to go with us. She'll graduate from HS this spring and she's still not sure what she's going to do (job, college, volunteer, etc.) Is it easier to include her on the reservation to begin with and then take her off if we find out she'll be occupied elsewhere? Or should we wait and add her on as soon as we know she's committed to going? We're going to stay at POR again with the 5 people occupancy, so room ressies should be no problem.

| You could do it either way. I'd wait until you knew what she was planning on doing, since it won't affect your room max#'s.

| I think it's easier to +add+, especially if you will be adding her last minute. If it's a package and you try to -delete- her within 45 days of your travel date, Disney could charge you a change fee. If it's a room only, there shouldn't be any issues.

| I agree - since you'll be doing PORiverside, the room "count" won't matter. The deposit amount remains the same (with either a package at $200 or a room-only at a one-night's cost). One thing to keep in mind is that all FL hotels charge an "extra adult" fee for more than 2 adults in a single room. Not sure if they consider 18 an adult or whether it's 25 years old before this charge gets added. So, that might affect a room-only deposit... Eileen

| If you decide to book without her included, I wouldn't wait too long to add her if she ends up going. Families of five get first priority at the rooms with the trundle beds at POR, so you want to be sure that they have one blocked out for you! If you do book without her name included, I would tell the CM when you book that you may have a fifth person so you'd like to request the trundle bed room (or note it on your reservation if you book online).

| Disney considers 18 yrs old to be an adult so extra adult charge would apply...we are taking our first trip next month and our 19 year old daughter will be with us, we had to pay extra adult for her. Good luck in your planning future.
