| If you are staying at the Poly, the Wishes cruise might be better as you can embark from the Poly, I believe. For Illuminations you would have to go to the Yacht Club Marina (over by Epcot resorts area) and then back to the Poly afterwards. It depends on your plans for the day.

| My vote would be for Wishes. The IllumiNations cruise gets you a little close to the action, and the little ones may find the noise a bit daunting.

| I think it depends on which one you can get when you call - you may have no choice in the matter, as they sell out exceptionally fast. If you have a choice though, I would go for the one that you enjoy more. We love Illuminations and that's our favourite fireworks cruise. You won't go wrong with either though - they're both amazing experiences. ![]()

| We took the Illuminations cruise on our last trip. Our kids were 14, 5, and 16 months. All of them really enjoyed it. We had dinner first at the Yachtman's steak house first and headed right out onto the deck after. I didn't find it to be any louder than watching the regular fireworks in the park, but of course if your kids are frightened of those..... We saved some time taking a cab over from the GF where we stayed to the Yacht club. In fact we cabbed quite a few places to save time.
