| Disney Rewards question... Okay, for those who have done it, how easy is it to transfer reward points while in Disney? I got my cards a couple of weeks ago since I wanted to use the points I had at the time to finish paying off the reservation. I thought in the paperwork it said something about it being easy to transfer points over the phone (of course I didn't keep the paperwork). So if I'm in Disney and I don't know how many points I have (I know I have to transfer a minimum of 10 to an existing card), how does this work? I won't take my computer with me so I won't be able to check that way and when I call my Disney card (or the Disney reward card, it doesn't matter) I'm not given an option to hear how many points I have. Right now, Lenny got the 5 times the points promotion and we can more than meet the minimum amount to get the bonus, but I won't get the points until we're at Disney and I'd like to be able to get them and use them to pay for either souvenirs or the Photopass CD. TIA for the help.

| I would make that phone call and stay on to get to talk to a human. I was able to get changes done at guest services in DD. That was several years ago and the phone menu may have changed since then.

| Transferring points can be done over the phone and takes effect immediately. You should be able to speak to a live person, who can tell you exactly how many points are available. The number to manage rewards is 1-800-436-7999. I haven't called it in a while, but I'm sure there are options to get your reward point balance and to speak to a customer service rep. Melissa

| Another option - there is a place at DTD where you can actually go and talk to a person who can assist you in getting the points transferred. I am not sure exactly where, but I am sure that someone will come along who knows. Failing that, you can call 800-300-8575 to find out where it is; I would bet it is at Guest Relations there. If not, Guest Relations should know where. |

| Yeppers -- the phone is easy and quick. You even talk to a live person (or, at least, it was a live person back in '06.) I've done it on property and had the points to use within minutes. Eileen
