| Do they have a customer service Dept?? Speake to a supervisor there, keep it friendly< and asked if he/she could help you out as a "sign of good will" explane you are a regular customer. You've nothing to lose only a phone call. Good luck, enjoy your holiday (I am sue you will) |

| The insurance is optional. If you really want it, see if you can purchase it at a better price elsewhere. I also don't like it when optional items are automatically added. To me, the best revenge is to have them remove the option, and to spend that money with someone else (another insurance company, etc.). Unfortunately, automatically adding (optional) travel insurance is a widespread practice. There's little point to getting too upset about it. Like too many things in life, you just have to be aware of it, and know how to look after your own interests.

| And the insurance you can get is usually much better (more comprehensive) than what you'll get with Disney. Though everyone always hopes they don't have to use it anyway!

| When I checked my ressie after using the discount code and saving almost $500 the reason being they removed insurance and gave me a standard room instead of a preferred room. I'm sorry it cost you more. Maybe try calling about ASMovies again or maybe ASMusic. Good luck with whatever happens. |
