| AHHH I am so upset with WDW right now! I was sooo excited when I saw that code for dinning and the rooms a little while back when I called I was going to save money! About 130 between the 2 reservations we had! I happened to go online and check and it said that now I owed 46.44 on each ressie. SO I called. the Cast Memeber told me that it was due to the previous cast member not adding the trip insurance! After semi fighting with the Cast Member and getting her to check and see if I could get back into the ASMo the answer was no BTW I had to bite the bullet and pay the 46.44 on eaach ressie! So instead of it saving money it cost me another $100. I was soo upset. I asked if maybe they could get me a better room for all the trouble and the answer to that was NO as well!

| I always thought trip insurance was OPTIONAL??? Why don't you just have them take it off? Or do you really want to keep it?

| Sorry to hear that! So you had switched resorts and now you can't get back into ASMovies? That's a shame

| Yea, I guess I would keep the insurance too then. Bummer though that your "savings" ended up costing you more

| I had a similar experience and at first I was told no but persistance pays off. I first e-mailed and did not get a response quick enough so I called again. The cast member on the phone was so nice and went to bat for me with the powers that be and I got my free dining plan back after I thought all was lost. So keep trying.
