| Disney Visa Rewards Hi All Don't know if this is the right place to post this question. Just thinking of using some of our Disney Dollars that we racked up for our next trip to the F&W next month. How long does it take to request the Rewards card? Also can I use this card as I eat my way around the world during the F&W I'm thinking that that would be easier than just digging up the cash at every stop. Or should i just charge everything on my KTTW card and put the rewards card toward my bill at the end of my stay? It's the first year we've had the Disney Visa so we are newbies at using the rewards. Thanks for any help. Lyn

| To get the rewards, they have to be transfered to a special card -- like a gift card -- that you then use to purchase things with the rewards. You can call the number on the back of the Disney Visa card to get help on getting a rewards card and transferring your rewards points, or you can go on the Chase.com website and access your account. It takes about a week to receive the card in the mail, usually. Probably the easiest thing to do is to go to one of the places on property where they can give you a card (right then and there) will transfer your active rewards to a rewards card that you can use. I called Disney about this last Fall and was given this info: Downtown Disney - by the AMC theatre Downtown Disney - behind Ghirardelli's Magic Kingdom Guest Services outside the park Magic Kingdom Guest Services inside City Hall They can issue a card within a few minutes (with photo ID and the Disney Visa card). Then call 800-300-8575 and go through the prompts to get to the Rewards menu. Then press 0 to get a rewards rep who will transfer the points to the card within 2 minutes. Good luck and enjoy those rewards! Eileen

| I usually use my card when I check in at the resort. I hand over the card to apply to my bill immediately and then use my resort charge for everything. I don't guess it matters how you choose to use it. I just figure it is one less card to carry around and it is like cash if you should lose it.

| We choose one special night out and use it. This gives us a "free" meal and we feel that we can have what we want because we're using the reward card. As said above, no matter how you use it, it sure is a wonderful help!

| I haven;t quite decided what we're doing yet. I have 188 on there now and will hopefully be able to add more before we go! It's to be used for souvenirs, not sure if we'll just use it till it runs out or charge to the KTTW card and apply it later.

| Thanks for the answers everyone. I didn't know you can get the card at the park. We leave in a little over 3 weeks and afraid we wouldn't get the card in time. I think we will use it for the F & W booths and our Boma breakfast. As long as we have the points, might as well us them!
