| On the phone with Disney Reservations.... I'm on the phone right now and have been on hold FOREVER. I got a CM right away, who asked what changes I was making (adding basic dining, requesting bed rails, adding DD and my birthdays and requesting a CBR building) She took my info re dining plan and the birthdays...then went away for several minutes...then came back and confirmed the dining plan, then put me on hold while she called guest services about the bed rails. So far, it's been ten minutes. Do I hang up and call back? Keep holding on? I can't imagine requesting bed rails should be this difficult. Nice music though, I have to say. |

| I know what you mean. I have been trying to change my reservation for one of my dinners and I keep having to wait. I know that I have to start over every time, but I am getting frustrated.

| Could be the CM was new and hadn't had to add the request of bedrails before and wanted to make sure if there was a charge for them they could make the guest aware of it or if it wasn't pulling up in the choices for requests that they knew how to put it in. Also could have been the system and if they are busy was lagging and the CM was having trouble getting it to add to the reservation. There are many reasons why there could be wait time but definitely frustrating, I had to call today to make a dining reservation and was on hold for at least 3 different songs. Glad they got it worked out.

| Last week I had called to change the date we were leaving and I was on hold for over 45 minutes after I had told her. She kept coming back every 15 - 20 minutes to tell me the system was freezing up and that what was taking so long. Glad you finally got in your requests! |
