| How to get from AK to MK Is there a direct bus from Animal Kingdom to Magic Kingdom? We just booked the Wishes dessert party after our day at AK and I'm just wondering what would be the fastest way to get there.

| Yes...you can connect from one theme park directly to another via the buses. I would get over to the bus stop about an hour or an hour and 15 minutes prior to the suggested arrival time you were given for the dessert party.

| The quickest way will be to take a bus from AK to the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC). From there, you take the express monorail to MK. There is no direct bus from AK to MK.

| I am pretty sure there are no direct buses from theme park to theme park - you would have to go to the TTC via bus and then the monorail to the MK (or you could go to a resort and then take a bus to the MK). Good luck! |

| Is there a way to summon a cab to transport you from AK if you are short on time and not short on money?

| I was under the impression that there were buses that run from park to park, but the OLP Transporation Wizard recommends the AK-->TTC-->MK route as well. (estimated time - 46 minutes) Personally, I think I'd take a bus to the AKL and then hop another bus to the MK. Or, I'd grab a cab and save myself tons of time. Eileen PS - I do know that Epcot and The Studios have park-to-park buses. The MK does not -- you have to go to the TTC to get to the other parks.

| Epcot does -- you can pick up buses to the Studios and the AK from the same area where you catch buses to the resorts. I know the Studios has a bus to Epcot (even tho the boats are right there) and I believe they also have one to the AK. Eileen

| There is some form of park-to-park transportation between every park. In the case of MK you have to go via the TTC, because that's how things were designed all those years ago - MK to Epcot is monorail via TTC, MK to Studios and AK by bus via TTC. There is definitely something to be said for taking a resort bus from MK and then transferring at the resort for a bus to AK or Studios, but in general, it'll be no faster than taking the monorail or ferry to TTC - the ride across the lagoon is usually 10 minutes, and the ferries and monorails operate more frequently than the resort buses. Taxis for MK have to be picked up at TTC, so there's not a lot of time to be saved that way. Alternately, you could walk or monorail over to the Contemporary to catch a taxi. There are nearly always taxis waiting at the parks and hotels, but if there isn't, you can ask at the transportation help window.

| This would be a great idea for an E-Worksheet or something. A quick reference guide of the easiest way to get from park to park or resort to resort. Especially for a first timer (like me) on the Disney transportation system.
