it is funny i'm left handed an i go right . i think this trip i will go left thanks for the heads up.

We usually head left or to the back and work our way back to the front.

This tip probably isn't working in the MK right now because of the Space Mountain rehab, but I bet it works when all of the major rides are operational--as families with kids tend to start in Fantasyland and grownups in tomorrowland.

Ok..so seems like going to the left is the norm...but how come if we're all going left, the line is still shorter? Are we just a small group of "left-goers". Any "off-to-the-right" people out there?

speaking as another leftie, who tends to the left. It seemed to work out well for us, of course I have always been a little backward anyway....I read magazines starting on the last page.

Being a lefty, I've always gone left on rides with split lines, but I've always used the "hit the big rides first thing in the morning or the last thing in the evening" theory when touring the parks. I have noticed that Tomorrowland is packed first thing in the morning, but with SM closed for the summer, I don't know if it is right now.

I can't see the theory working in any park except MK and Islands of Adventure, because the other parks aren't hub and spoke configurations.

I've been doing this for years and I must say...it took me a while to figure out why it seemed the parks were filled with Brits!!! Then, I went to London, you see, as Americans we are trained to "stay right" but poeple from UK tend to go left like their driving patterns!
