| Sharing photo pass cd??? I've heard of people doing this...is it okay to do, or is it frowned upon??? We have friends going the same time as us...we leave the same day, but we're staying an extra 2 days. Right from the beginning I told dh this trip would not be crazy....we'd keep costs at a minimum...no MNSSHP, no photopass, etc... Well, we're doing MNSSHP (he wanted to do it) and the more I think about it, the more I want to do photopass cd. But with our friends going, and if we share the cost, it isn't that bad. Has anyone done this?? How did it work out??? I know BradK has a whole photopass page on his site...I will go check it out!!! But I wanted some PP opinions too! Now since they come home before us, if they go online and enter their photopass #, can we add ours a few days later??

| I think it's okay if you do it with friends and family (basically people you know). It's when you do photopass share with strangers to reduce the cost that it's frowned upon. I don't really know how it works other than you have to use the same account for all the cards. And then there's the whole who should be responsible for ordering it, etc (I believe there's an extra cost for additional CD's - Maybe 20 each - who pays for that or is it split?) Truthfully it sounds like too much work and a hassel to me (I haven't had good luck planning with friends or getting said friends to pay for what they should - can you tell??). Good luck whatever you decide.

| I know you can enter multiple codes when ordering the CD. Since the timing works, and they are your friends, I don't see why not.

| As long as you know them,.......... just split it 50/50 and they can enter their photo pass #s and you can enter your #s; just wait till all is entered to place the order. I haven't personallydone it.......... but my sister is considering going when we go in November and if she does go, I may talk to her about doing this; but we plan to get it either way.

| I think if it is family or VERY close friends then it would be ok. I don't agree with those who share with strangers (people who meet on-line) just to save a buck.

| I agree about not sharing with strangers, but since you will all be there at the same time, you may even have some pictures with all of you. I think it's OK.

| We did it in September, and it was a piece of cake. Our friends returned on September 10 and we didn't return until October 4, so I just had her wait until late September to enter her codes. So when I got back I only had about 2 weeks, and she had already finished her editing. It only took a couple hours total for me to play with our photos and order the cd. Then I got the cd and just copied all my family's photos onto our hard drive and handed her the cd (she only lives a mile away). Though mine are backed up, I know that if I have any problems I can just borrow the cd from her... We each had several cards (regular, water park, MNSSHP, Test Track, etc.), so I think we ended up entering about 10 codes between the 2 families. Not a problem at all. Only paying $50 per family made it an easy decision. Go for it!

| Please read the Disney Terms of Use for the PhotoPass. Also, caveat emptor -- you could find yourself out some money when doing this (with strangers or friends.) For these reasons, the PassPorter boards (and many other Disney boards) have disallowed promoting PhotoPass "sharing" in the public forums. I realize that the original poster is not talking about finding someone with similar travel dates with whom to share the PhotoPass costs, but I want to nip this discussion in the bud and make sure people don't use the PassPorter public area to begin brokering share arrangements. Thanks for your understanding. Eileen -- Guide in Planning and Feasting

| I would not want to share my pictures with strangers. I pre-ordered a CD for our trip. My brother and Sister and law and my cousin and her family will join us for the day at the MK. If they get some pictures I would not have a problem adding theirs to mine. There will probably be a lot of group pictures of us anyways,

| No problem -- just being pro-active. I have gone on several Grand Gatherings and have been lucky enough to travel with friends in large and small groups multiple times. In those cases, we were travel partners and I had no qualms about combining our PhotoPass cards into one CD. Eileen

| I actually pre-purchased the photopass cd for this trip so that we have group photos of us all. DS normally won't do it and myself, niece, nephew and sister are very excited to get family shots. Needless to say , DS has agreed to it. Does anyone know if Chef Mickey has added themseves to the photopass?

| If you purchase the photo package at any of the meals, there is a code printed on the photos that you can add to your PhotoPass account -- and, as an additional incentive, they include all of the images they took at the meal, not just the one in the photo package you purchased. Eileen
