| We are returning to WDW in 3 days and were hoping to reactivate some cell phones we bought last year when we were in the world. i have contacted virgin to do it over the phone as they have told me that we cant do this as we have english credit cards and they cant accept these. So we now need to get two virgin top up cards, where would we get these in the world? do they sell them on property? or do we have to go out to a walmart? we wont have a car so will have to plan for this in the first few days if we need to. thanks |

| I dont think that you can. But you may want to check at the airport when you first get there. Maybe you will luck out and they will have them at the airport. Go on MCO's webpage and look...I think they have a store called airport wireless that may have them. Good luck and have a fun safe trip.

| Can you do it online using a paypal account? Or get a virtual credit card number through paypal? They have a firefox plug in for that.

Other than that, I think the airport is the best bet. I know that they will have them at Walmart, but that would probably be inconvenient.

| We use Virgin Mobile as our regular phone and I normally recharge it online or directly from our phone through a CC linked to the account--which you indicate you can't do. I would look at the airport for sure, as VM cards are generally available any place that sells gift cards (like to stores and restaurants) or phones. Hudson Gifts in the main terminal is a possibility. You can even buy them at convenience stores like 7-11 or drug stores like Walgreens, of which there are many in the WDW area. We used to rely on the Virgin Megastore at Disney Westside, but sadly that closed this year. If you haven't added money in a while, are you sure your numbers are still active? You may want to go to the Virgin website to be sure! My husband is notorious for forgetting to refill his phone in a timely fashion and thus we often scramble to save his number from termination. They will assign you a new number if you have to reactivate a phone; I tape it right on the phone as I have too many numbers to remember as it is.

| We have Virgin Mobile phones, and we get the top up cards at Target. I'm not sure there are Target stores in Florida, if not, I think you can buy top up cards at Walmart. Since you're thinking about getting a car, this might be the cheapest way to get top up cards. |

| Target has them as I just bought one there last month. There is a Target superstore that we go to near Edwin Watts Golf in Orlando, but I would need a map to tell you how to get there! A taxi to the nearest Walgreen's or 7-11 would serve as well if all you want is phone cards.
