| Is this Disney SOP? I called Disney Travel yesterday to confirm what park tickets we have on our reservation since online the park ticket field said "error". About 30 minutes after getting off the phone I received an email from Disney detailing EVERYTHING on our reservation, down to all the offers that are included in the package. Is this Standard Operating Proceedure or did I just get an extremely nice and helpful cast member? |
