Regular & Value season question...

Hi everyone,
My tentative dates for visiting WDW and staying in-property is 10/30-11/7. Some of the days fall on regular season and the others on value season. Am I going to be charged the regular season rates for the whole 8-nights or do they factor in the value season rates?

Thanks in advance for the responses.

Re: Regular & Value season question...

If your stay begins during value season, then you will get the value rates for the entire stay (at least that's what happened to us).

Re: Regular & Value season question...

I think it depends on whatever season it is at the beginning of your reservation. During my trip next month, there is a special rate but it didn't start until the 4th night of my trip. So I had to break up my reservation into 2 separate reservations, and I'm paying a higher rate for the first one, and the special rate for the second one. I talked to 3 or 4 different cast members before I got one who suggested doing it this way. The first ones I talked to wanted to charge me the more expensive rate for my entire stay.
