Getting to Typhoon Lagoon from offsite hotel We have some friends going to Disney at the same time we are but are staying in Kissimmee at the Econo Lodge Gateway. We wanted to hook up with them for a day at TL. They want to sleep in while we want to get there by 9:00 for the park opening so they will have to join us later. Generally how much would they expect a taxi ride to cost? Any other recommendations on transportation?

Re: Getting to Typhoon Lagoon from offsite hotel I know when my friends were at Disney last month, they went to Universal and used Tiffany. How much it ended up costing them, I dont know. I wish that I had an answer for you, but I dont know. I guess if you maybe called the resort that they were staying at they might be able to give you some info on who they use and stuff and then call them to find out their rates. Good luck!

Re: Getting to Typhoon Lagoon from offsite hotel I will try the hotel again. I called once before and found they offer free shuttle service to WDW, but only to Epcot and MK. Friends didn't like having to then navigate the Disney busses without us, so we went back to the drawing board.
