| Changed our resort! We had made ressies for the BCV while back b/c that is our DVC home resort but DH really wanted to go back to the WL. My sis' family (and my dad) will be with us and BIL is a big nature lover so I think WL will be a big hit with him - and the girls and I do love it too! So yesterday I called DVC and I was able to switch our ressie over to the VWL. I originally booked a week 5/24- 5/31 but the more we look at the dates and school/work schedules, we'll probably come home a day earlier - still I thought DH would suggest knocking a day off the arrival too and so far he hasn't - so we're looking at 5 full days in the parks - I'm so excited! I thought I was the only one but when I emailed DH at work to say we'll be at VWL (and sent him a pic of the pool to go with it LOL), he replied, "Great!!!!!!!!!" A lot of exclamation points from a man of few key board strokes! LOL Can't wait to start making more plans!! |

| Re: Changed our resort! You will love the Wilderness Lodge. It is my favorite hotel of all the Deluxe. The lobby gives you such a warm feeling when you walk in and you find yourself in such awe of its beauty! I've never stayed at the villas but I'm sure it will be a treat since you get to use all the facilities of the Lodge. Enjoy the planning - it's all part of the experience!  |

| Re: Changed our resort! My friend and her family are DVC members and go down to Disney every February. They always stay at the Wilderness Lodge Villas and absolutely love it! I've seen a bunch of their pictures and its GORGEOUS! Have a great time! |

| Re: Changed our resort! Thanks, guys! We've actually stayed at VWL before (that was our first family trip and I think the reason we ended up buying into DVC LOL). We too fell in love with it and I was actually worried that I wouldn't like the BC when we went in Nov! I don't know if it was the natural charm of the BC or the fact that it was also decorated for the holidays, but I fell in love with it too!! Still, I'm excited to be going back to VWL and I think BIL and the gang will enjoy it too!! Now to figure out airfare and tix!!! |
