Thanks!

Re: Super Walmart or Super Target?

The adress of the SuperWalmart is 4444 W. Vine (192) and the Target is 3003 W. Vine (192) but is NOT a SUPERtarget. We went to the Superwalmart there once andswore never again. The place was crazy. We always go to the Winn Dixie - here's the info on it -
11957 South Apopka-Vineland Rd, Orlando (407) 465-8600
Open daily 6 a.m. to midnight

Pharmacy, 1 Hour Photo

This location is located approximately 1/2 mile north of the Crossroads Shopping Center on the right side of the road. Go to the end of Hotel Plaza Blvd and take a left on Apopka-Vineland Rd (535).

Re: Super Walmart or Super Target?

I'd go for the Target. We found the new one on 192, it's before Super Walmart (on the left side). It was great. Felt like a normal Target to me, and I could have sworn there was a grocery store on one side as well (but we didn't go down that far)!

Avoid the Super Walmart!

Oh, the Target also had cheap Disney souvenirs too, well, cheaper than in the parks

Yikes, don't tell me the Walmart is that crazy. I get to use my 10% employee discount, so that is where we will be going.

Re: Super Walmart or Super Target?

We went to the Super Target a couple of times in December, once on Christmas Eve and it was lovely - not too busy and a lot closer to WDW as well. I'd recommend that - I don't see the point in spending more time driving further if I don't have to.

The SuperWalmart is crowded but if you get a discount I wouldn't worry about it!

Re: Super Walmart or Super Target?

I like Target better as a store in general. The stores are cleaner than WalMart.

Re: Super Walmart or Super Target?

I like the notion of crowded in Walmart - must be something we're used to in the UK coz I've never felt it to be crowded in there.

Agree with the other comments about Target though they do seem to be cleaner and less 'crowded' and they have similar deals.

There are quite a few Walmarts and Targets (Super or otherwise) in the area. I know there is a big Walmart on the corner of Sandlake & John Young Parkway & if I remember rightly there is also a Super Target a bit further down JYP.

You will be getting your wish soon. Out on 535 (not sure if this is the correct route but it runs parallel to 192 to the north) east of Polynesian Blvd there were signs up and construction going on for a new SUPER WALMART. Its almost like Walmart has Target "sandwiched" in between hoping to choke it off.
