Super Soap Weekend
We are planning a trip to Disney in November and see that there is something called Super Soap Weekend going on while we are there. How crowded does this event get? Do you think it will only be busy at MGM?

Super Soap Weekend practically takes over MGM. I can't say that it won't be busy at other parks, but MGM will definitely be the busiest.

That event is only on Saturday and Sunday, right? So, hopefully it won't affect park crowds the days prior to that?....

MGM studios should be fine for touring during the week.

When we did the soap weekend it was very long lines to get in and also on the main street going in up to the hat. By the rides though it was alot less crowded.

We've gone twice on that weekend and never had a problem by avoiding MGM during those 2 days. The rest of the parks were fine!

I'll be there too and was wondering the same thing. I keep thinking I want to go just to check it out but then again do I want to use up a day for that?

We had the same worries (we'll be there then as well), but everything I've read says that it only REALLY effects MGM crowds.
