Re: Average Temperatures For Orlando

I'm hoping for either normal or slightly higher than normal around Thanksgiving... I LOVE the Beach Club pool, and I've been there on cooler days, and it's just SO hard to get out... makes being in not as much fun, because you know you're going to freeze!

In regards to temperature..........I will be in Florida Mar24-Apr 7. We have rented a villa and are trying to decide if we should purchase pool heat. What do you think?

It looks like the NORMAL average temp for the time period you are vacationing is in the high 60's to low 70's. If you plan on using a pool that can be heated, I'd probably go for the HEAT. However, if there is a heat wave and the temps hit the high 70's low 80's more than likely the heat won't be needed.

It's a hard call with the weather these days. Nothing seems to be "normal" at least around here in NJ . Can you request the heat and if it's not needed (you'd have to watch the weather closely) cancel it out before you get there?

Forget Average - Plan for Extremes

New Years Trip to DWD 2008 - Dec 30 80 degrees; 3 days later 24 degrees! Kids preferred carrying their personal fleece blankets around versus coats, gloves, etc..

I looked like a bag lady with their blankets, backpacks, etc.. when they went on a ride. But they were warm!

Weather.com
official weather channel website. We are going the same time. The hurricanes are sadly unpredictable so we have to take the good with the bad.

We went in september 2007. All i can say is sunny, hot, humid!!! Rain popped up a few times. Mostly at night. Even though bad weather surrounded the trip we really only had a thunderstorm one night that was bad but it was after 8pm. We went from 13th-19th.
