| Robes? Galley tour? No, I'm not asking whether it's okay to wear robes on the galley tour! I've got two qustions about our upcoming 7-night Western: 1. Are robes provided? (We're Cat. 5, if that matters.) 2. On the latest, new-style Navigators, I don't see any mention of the galley tour. Do any of you recent cruisers know whether it's still being done? Thanks to all! | Re: Robes? Galley tour? No robes for Category 5, from my experience. Now those that stay in the Suites, that may be a different story and I suspect when Crystal gets back, we will know more. |

| Re: Robes? Galley tour? We did the galley tour and it was a waste. We and other folks gave it bad ratings on our feedback sheet, so maybe they gave it the ax. They took like 20 people but the way the kitchen is laid out, we were snaked around and only the first 4 or so people could hear the tour guide. Even then, no food was being made - he was basically showing big fridges and soda machines. If you've ever worked in a restaurant - zzzzzzz. |

| Re: Robes? Galley tour? The galley tour was ok - not tops on my list. It was interesting to see how it was all laid out. We had no problems hearing what was said and there was no one actually working when we went thru. I'd say if there is something else going on at the same time that you want to do - skip it. |

| Re: Robes? Galley tour? I ehjoyed the galley tour last week. Crystal were you in the first or second group? I was in the second group and really was impressed with more of what I was told than with what I saw. |

Most of what was said I had heard before on Behind the scene shows for cruiselines on the travel channel. |

| Re: Robes? Galley tour? Thanks, everybody, for all your help! I think we'll try the galley tour unless it conflicts with the Palo tea. We're going to try for reservations for the tea when we get on the ship. They're not available on-line for first-timers like us! |
