Who: myself (PenskeSth1) DH, DS 10 at time of cruise and maybe DD 19 at time of cruise. DD is in College for Culinary Arts and not sure she will be able to go.

What: DCL Western

When: Dec 13-20th 2008

Stateroom: I know it is a cat. 5 and it is port side. I forget the number!

This will be our 3rd Disney Cruise and we just as excited about this one as we were the first two!

I am cruising October 4, 2008 Western Carribean. Any tips for the first time 7 day cruiser? I usually take the 4 day!

Hopefully DS(7) will be on his best behaviour while hanging with your daughter and neice - if you read my trip report from last year (Chicken's birthday cruise thanks to Mr Incredible) you will see that Pooh is NOT at his best when Disney-fied girls are around. They freak him out!!! I am not sure what he thinks will happen if they are close to him; its funny really. I can guarantee, Tea with Wendy won't be on his list this cruise - accident or not.

Perhaps we will bump into each other at the club (Pooh's real name is Patterson - not many of those, so you may remember that if you hear it at the club and say "hello" to me.)

We (me, dh, ds-12, ds-10, dd-8, dd-6) are booked for the Oct. 18, 2008 western cruise!!! Now, what to do for the next 367 days?

Booked for May?August?
I have reservations on May 19 for 4-night Bahama Cruise, But may need to change cruise Dates because My kids have Mcas testing that week. Now, we are thinking of August 18, both dates have special itinerary of 2 stops at Castaway Cay.

P.S. has anyone cruised in August? Is it too risky as it is hurricane season?

Hee. Daphne, my daughter, eschews all things Princess at this stage in her life. So maybe he won't notice she's a girl.

western carribean......last cruise magic 2005!!! ME,DW,DS( 2ND TIME ON MAGIC),DS 6 MONTHS(WILL BE YEAR FOR THE CRUISE) DROP THE KIDS OFF AND LET THE FUN BEGIN!!!

When: 4-Day Wonder, 17-21 Feb 2008
Who: GrandmaX4, DH, DS, DDIL, DGD #1, DGD #2, DD, DSIL, DGS #1, DGS #2

We (me & hubby) have a cat. 3 and we booked 2 connecting cat.8s for the rest of the family. Will be hubby's 60th BD in Mar. so we are celebrating! Grandkids should have a blast as they will be 3, 4, 5 & 6.

We'll be on the same cruise as you. 7 days is a great amt of time. Seems like on the shorter trips, you just relax and find your way around the ships and it is time to go home!
