I booked our first cruise

I'm offically booked on The Mexican Rivera cruise But my husband asked me last night about our room and motion ...... oops I forgot the detail . We are booked
on as a Catagory 9 on level 2 deck. Okay so is that going to be bad for motion????? I can get a little motion sick so I planned on getting the motion sickness patches but is this going to unbearable? I'm scared now, can you guys help me with this question?

congratulations on booking your cruise! Have fun planning! I can't help you with the motion part of your question because I haven't been on that deak. I haven't really noticed any bad motion on either of our previous cruises!

Congrats on your booking Do you know if your in the middle of the ship, fore, or aft? I might make a difference with the motion. Being on the lower deck though should help to minimize the movement, I would think.

First time cruiser

Hi!
I DID IT! I booked a cruise... the eastbound repo...
I'm trying to figure a neat way to tell my son (10).... It's a birthday present for next year cuz he gets a real b-day next year (Feb 29)...
We have cabin 2075... is this good??? I couldn't afford the nicer ones... maybe next cruise.
Hope to "meet" others who will be on this cruise!
Penny

Congratulatons! Have fun planning! We (DH and I) are also on that cruise! We are very excited as well! Are you planning to tell him now or wait (very hard to do) for next year? What about getting a model of the ship and putting it in a box with a note about him sailing on this ship for the crossing?

What about finding a fairy Godmailer that's going on a cruise to send him a postcard? Just a couple of thoughts! Have fun with it and enjoy the planning!
