RCI and Celebrity have been slowly releasing 2010 dates. At least for the first half of the year. Carnival probably won't announce until July. Or Monday. But DCL has been pretty consistent with their release dates. The first thing you'll see is up until about mid May, then an announcement after that for the summer and on. Summer being what "everybody" is waiting for, since they've been doing special ITNs for the last couple of years.
