I have had trouble from time to time. You just have to keep trying. I had to log out and log back in some times. Good luck

Disney has had what a friend who works in their telecomm group refers to as "unfortunate" problems with their entire web presence for about a year now. She doesn't know exactly what it is and the folks on the IT side won't tell her. "But it's not my fault" she says.

I had the same problem as you a while back and the girl at the call center said that the site goes down every night at 5am for a short time. I forget why but she said they picked the time that would impact the least amount of people. May be you were trying during their daily outage.

Still, I told the girl that if this is a scheduled thing then why am I getting an error message?

Anyway...

No worries. My problem was my comps date/time was set back to July. LOL I guess that effects the web site. once I fixed the date it worked fine.
