| NCL cancels new ship order NCL has apparently canceled the first of three new ships, its F3 line. The rumors they are a flying as to exactly who did the "canceling". And today the rumors started flying (again) about NCL being "available". Travel "experts" (quick, someone, define expert) have been predicting a "shakeup" in the cruise industry for about 4 years and are now saying "see, it's happening". Which is kind of like prediciting that a woman in NYC will have quadrupletts.
