Getting in Shape for the Cruise 11 days

Well as all good athletes know conditioning for a big event is all important and I am following a strict regimn to prepare myself for the cruise. I am eating 6 meals a day and several snacks in between. I only have 11 days to get ready for my cruise I hope I didn't wait til too late to start training.

I have also not been sleeping I think that is a great way to get into shape for those late night dessert buffets.

Way more excited than the kids,

Robbie
