If you have the early dinner seating, your breakfast on the last morning will be at 6:30. If you are the late seating, your breakfast will be at 7:30.......
....After that, they really want you to leave the ship, but will let you hang around in the public spaces (like at guest services to settle bills) until about 9:30, like Shoes99 said.

6:30 a.m. is so early for our family...WOW.......can you eat at the Beach Blanket Buffet that morning later than your scheduled time?
It is an early start on the last day, that's for sure, but we found it to be great, as we were going to WDW and were there really early and got a full day in the parks.
