| Does the Internet Cafe have computers that I can use or do I have to bring my own laptop? I need to stay in touch with folks at home and phone charges look outrageous. I'll be on the Western Cruise on 8/22!

| Yes, they do have computers in the Internet Cafe. I don't remember exactly how many. Maybe 10 of them. | ||||

| On our last cruise, I checked in with home/email/bank accounts several times, and never even had to wait for a computer!

| There are 5 in the internet cafe, and another 4 in the cove cafe. I think I have only had to wait once or twice. I've not taken my laptop on one cruise, and took my laptop on the other - I will be taking my laptop on our cruise in 2 weeks.

| I used the Internet cafe on the Panama canal cruise last year and was very satisifed. I bought one of the packages. I don't remember which one. Never had to wait for a compute and the response time was good while surfing the web. I liked being able to check in back home, but nothing having to bring my laptop.

| I am taking my netbook on my upcoming Western. Will use it in Key West, then probably use internet cafes, if I can find them, in Cozumel/Grand Cayman. Last trip, I believe it was .75/minute onboard, but I found an internet cafe in Nassau for .10 / minute

If you are going to use their computers I wouldn't use it for anything that's important, since many wind up with key loggers installed. I get paid to do security. I visited 5 cafes in Cozumel on my last cruise (hm, getting paid for a cruise) and found a horrible number of security issues

for the information. I don't use my computer ashore. In the internet cafes, I only check my email and the passporter boards, and nothing else.
