| Tulum I can't find my post where I asked about the best Cozumel excursions, so I thought I'd ask about this one specifically. I'd love to see the ruins, but it is an all day excursion. Do you spend the day walking around the ruins or on the bus? Anything else going on? Would a 9 year old like it? Right now we are booked for the jeep exploration. Susu |

| We did a trip to Tulum on our Royal Caribbean cruise. It was an all day excursion for us, but it included a trip to the ruins, lunch on the bus (sandwiches, chips, and pop or beer) and a trip to a private beach for a little while. The ruins were very interesting and I really enjoyed seeing them, but I can't imagine spending the whole day there. We had a little guided tour explaining them, and then a little free time. They also took pictures if you cared to buy them - they showed them to us on the tender back. The beach they took us to was spectacular. We got there down a dirt road full of potholes and rusted out cars, trailers, etc. |
